Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at blunx.shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your mobile phone stand, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your mobile phone stand must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@blunx.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address:

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
⚠️ Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Currency: Please note that all transactions and refunds are processed in US Dollars (USD). Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, currency conversion fees may apply for Singaporean accounts.
  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective mobile phone stand, please contact us immediately at support@blunx.shop with photos or a short video of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
